  • Supporting the students to facilitate optimum learning.
  • Addressing the various issues relating to their learning effectiveness & welfare aspects
  • Conducting meetings periodically to discuss students’ welfare and how it can be better over the years.
  • Developing a relationship with parents and organizing meetings for them.
  • Organizing special classes for slow learners – Remedial Coaching
