*ABIPER Staff and Students Participated in Plantation Drive* The faculty members and students of Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research (ABIPER), Bengaluru, enthusiastically participated in a Plantation Drive organized by the Government of Karnataka in association with the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) on 27 June 2026. The initiative aimed to promote environmental conservation, increase green cover, and encourage public participation in creating a sustainable ecosystem.
The programme commenced with an address emphasizing the importance of afforestation, biodiversity conservation, and environmental stewardship. Faculty members, administrative staff, and students actively participated in planting saplings, demonstrating their commitment to protecting the environment and supporting the government’s green initiatives.
During the event, participants were encouraged to adopt eco-friendly practices and pledged to care for the planted saplings to ensure their healthy growth. The plantation drive also highlighted the importance of collective efforts in mitigating climate change and preserving natural resources for future generations.
