The 74th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC) 2025 was held from 19 to 21 December 2025 at BIEC, Bengaluru. With the theme “AI & Technology in Pharma: Educate, Innovate, Empower,” the event aims to bring together leading experts, researchers, academicians, students, and industry professionals to explore the future of the pharmaceutical sector. This year, we are proud to welcome Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education & Research (ABIPER) and Aditya Group of Institutions, Yelahanka as our Academic Partners, strengthening research participation and academic collaboration at IPC 2025.

The 74th IPC was feature a 10,000+ sqm exhibition area, 10,000+ visitors, 200+ exhibitors, 350+ reputed brands, 100+ global speakers, and participation from 15+ countries. Attendees can expect insightful sessions, interactive workshops, technology showcases, and networking opportunities with global leaders in pharma. The event serves as a powerful platform to discover innovations, share knowledge, and collaborate on advancements driving the pharmaceutical industry forward.

National Constitution Day Celebration

The NSS Unit of ABIPER observed National Constitution Day on 26th November 2025 by organizing activities such as a constitution awareness rally, pledge-taking ceremony, and multilingual Preamble reading in six languages—English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil. The program aimed to promote constitutional values, unity, and awareness among students.

The event successfully reinforced the importance of democracy, justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.

Dhathru – Organ Donation Pledge Program

The NSS Unit of ABIPER organized DHATHRU, an organ donation awareness and pledge program held on 24th November 2025. The event included an awareness rally, informative sessions, and a pledge ceremony encouraging students and staff to register as organ donors.Participants learned about the process, benefits, and legal aspects of organ donation, along with the myths and facts associated with it. Many volunteers came forward to take the organ donation pledge, reflecting the spirit of compassion and social responsibility.

World AIDS Day 2025

Theme: “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming AIDS Response

Today, ABIPER’s NSS Unit successfully organized a meaningful and awareness-driven World AIDS Day program, focusing on strengthening our collective commitment to HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and stigma reduction.

The event highlighted the importance of early diagnosis, treatment adherence, community support, and the global mission to end AIDS as a public health threat. Students, faculty, and NSS volunteers actively participated, making the program informative, inspiring, and impactful.

A special thanks to all coordinators for guiding us in creating a powerful platform for knowledge sharing and social responsibility.

Valedictory function NPW

The final session included a formal Valedictory Function, acknowledging the contributions of faculty and the enthusiastic participation of students across all events.

The Valedictory Function and Prize Distribution ceremony of the National Pharmacy Week 2025 began at 3:00 PM, hosted by Mrs.Varsha and Ms.Yasmin.

The event concluded with the National Anthem, marking the formal closure of National Pharmacy Week 2025.

Dr. Bopanna delivered an impactful and concise address.

  • Encouragement to compare oneself with yesterday and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Brief insights on advancements in pharmacy, such as β-blockers, statins, biomarkers, and opportunities in research fields like genomics and pharmacogenomics, and emphasized the importance of AI-based tools like Geni AI in enhancing paper writing.
  • A reminder to always remember the purpose of living and contribute meaningfully to public health.

Wall of Fame, Painting NPW

These events were conducted sequentially as part of the afternoon celebration:

  • Wall of Fame (Lecture Hall-I) – Students displayed inspiring pharmaceutical achievements, global vaccination success stories, and profiles of eminent pharmacists.
  • Painting Competition (Lecture Hall-II) – Participants expressed this year’s theme through artistic interpretations of vaccination advocacy, community health, and pharmacist roles.
