Annual Sports Meet 2016-2017

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2016-17 was organized by Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research on 09-12-2016. Dr. T. Lingaraju, Deputy Director of Physical Education ULC, Bangalore University Bangalore was the chief guest of the programme. The chief guest’s inspirational speech motivated the students. Athletic events & other tournaments were conducted on the same day

Christmas & New Year Celebration 2016

Christmas & New Year was celebrated in a grand manner at Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research (ABIPER) BANGALORE in the college premises. All the staff & students participated in the celebration. ABIPER students dressed as angels presented a dance with Santa Claus, followed by a dance by students. The Principal spoke about the purpose of birth of Jesus Christ and the presence of Santa Claus in Christmas .The New Year was celebration started with Cake cutting by honourable Chairman followed by a party and Photo session.

Debate Competition

As part of the decennial year celebrations of Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy and Education Research, the 55th National Pharmacy Week was organized from December 28-31, 2016 at the college premises. Debate competition was conducted on December 29th .Committee hosted the programme in which 10 groups participated, out of which six groups were awarded prizes.

The Theme of Debate Competition was:

“IS MODERN MEDICINE IS BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL MEDICINE?”

National Pharmacy Week 2016 Celebrated at ABIPER Bangalore

The 55th National Pharmacy Week (NPW) was celebrated by ABIPER from December 28 th to 31st . The major focus of NPW celebrations was to create awareness amongst the public, other healthcare providers and the authorities, about the NPW theme in specific and about the pharmacy profession and role of the pharmacist in general.

The theme selected for this year was:
“Pharmacists for a Healthy India; Role in Prevention and Management of Diabetes”.

Quiz Competition

As part of the decennial year celebrations of Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy and Education Research, the 55th National Pharmacy Week was organized from December 28-31, 2016 at the college premises. A quiz competition was conducted on December 31st in which10 teams participated in the preliminaries, out of which four teams were selected for the final round.

The theme selected for this year was: “Pharmacists for a Healthy India; Role in Prevention and Management of Diabetes”.

As part of the decennial year celebrations of Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy and Education Research, the 55th National Pharmacy Week was organized from December 28-31, 2016 at the college premises. As a part of celebration, Elocution competition was conducted on December 29th.

Topic for the competition was given on the spot and the topic was:

“Role of pharmacist in prevention and Management of Diabetes”

Workshop on Research Process , Biostatistics, Communicating Sciences, Research Ethics and Grantsmenship

Students and Staff of Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research (ABIPER) participated in a Workshop on Research Process , Biostatistics, Communicating Sciences, Research Ethics and Grantsmenship which was jointly organized by  Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy and Adichunchanagiri Insititue of Medical Sciences,  Bellur on 11th and 12th November 2016.

Fresher’s day

Fresher’s day was organized on 23 September 2016 by Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research (ABIPER) Bangalore. Fresher’s day was arranged in a grand manner with various cultural activities like dancing, singing, rangoli, poster and personality contest. The management, staff and senior students heartily welcomed the first year students. The programme helped the juniors familiarize them with the senior students.
