Inauguration Of Clinical Pharmacy Free Book Loaner Library And Medication Therapy Management Programme
Staff and Students of Aditya Bangalore Institute Of Pharmacy Education And Research (ABIPER) attended the inauguration programme of India’s first Clinical Pharmacy Free Book Loaner Library And Medication Therapy Management organized by Indian American Pharmacist Association And Karnataka State Government Pharmacist Association In Collaboration With SDS TRC and Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Chest Diseases. The programme was inaugurated by Sri.K.B. Koliwad Hon’ble Speaker Karnataka Legislative Assembly And Dr. Sharan Prakash Rudrappa Patil Pro Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka & Minister for Medical Education in the Govt. of Karnataka On 20th September 2016.
World Pharmacist Day-2016 celebrated at ABIPER, Bengaluru
Every year 25th September is celebrated in world as World Pharmacist Day. During this day Pharmacist create awareness regarding the roles and responsibilities of Pharmacist to serve the humanity.
In India, president of Pharmacy Council of India Dr. B. Suresh brought this concept three years back which has created the impact in the society to realize that Pharmaceutical profession is also the leading profession in this country and big careers are there to contribute as pharmacist.
Guests from different areas of pharmacy related fields like regulatory, research marketing, manufacturing, academics, pharmacy practice were invited and they enlightened the students by their motivating speech.

Indian Congress of Pharmcy Practice, 2016 and 2nd Convention of IACP
ABIPER staff members Dr. H Yogish Kumar and Mr.Ganeshan Sethuraman attended Indian Congress of Pharmcy Practice, 2016 and 2nd Convention of IACP on 2nd and 3rd April, 2016 at at Hotel Le Meridian, Coimbatore , Tamil Nadu. The second convention with the theme of ‘ The Responsible Pharmacist: Transforming Patient Care’ is set to open many more opportunities for the practicing pharmacists and particularly the Pharm.D program and graduates. The conference program had an exciting agenda discussing the future directions of this facet of the profession and to support effective teaching and training in Pharm. D program for better outcomes .
ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2015-16
ANNUAL SPORTS MEET -2015-16 was organized by Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research on 12-03-2016, Mr.Sathya Narayan, Chairman, International Throw ball coaches committee/Treasurer,Amateur Throw ball federation of Karnataka/President,Throw ball association,Bangalore city was the chief guest of the programme. The chief guest speech highly motivated the students. Athletic events were conducted on the same day and other tournaments were conducted from 13th March to 16th March.
