Speaker, Dr. Ranjit Gulge started the session by introducing important parameters such as solubility profile, analytical profile, selection and optimization of mobile phase, column, solvent delivery system, flow rate, detector wavelength, methods of extraction, test concentration and injection volume, establishment of stability of test preparation, system suitability, specificity of the test method to be considered during method development. The session was very interactive and participants appreciated its significance.
